my first ever press conference!!!!

Today Aini and I went to blk 8 Dimpsey Rd for a press conference (Berita Harian, Kelab Obor) at the Ben&Jerry's™ Scoop Shop as Ben&Jerry's™ celebrating their 30TH Birthday today. The location is far from Orchard Road so we were lost as we step off the bus. The block are soo hidden and we need to walk far in. It was tiring as it was hot. We took the long route as we have not familarised the place. We went in the Scoop Shop and the band already started playin their song. The place is cozy and the interior design are superb and it came with a bar. Cool or what.

As we enter the Scoop Shop, the people over there give us the new flavour Ben&Jerry's™ ice-cream which called the Cake Batter

It is super mouth-watering, the creamy based are oh soo rich and chocolate syrup are oh so toothsome. I could taste the smoothness of the cake batter. The sad news is that Cake Batter is for a limited time only. Soo hurry up and get a scoop or a pint of Cake Batter at the nearest Ben&Jerry™ Scoop Shop ok???

The pint could be filled up with 3 of ur favourite Ben&Jerry's™ ice-creams. It come with 'one-of-it's-kind' limited edition lid with candle slot for any celebrative occasion. Soo who ever birthday coming up, you could buy this as a birthday present. Its affordable. It is a great choice if the birthday girl or boy who are a big fan Ben&Jerry's™ ice-cream.

After giving the ice-cream, there some speech. The Brand Champion(Mr. Tan Lee Ken) gave some a history background of Ben&Jerry's™. Their history are ohh soo interesting. They just wanted to make the world a better place. Cool right? Haha!!!

After all the wordy and board persentation, a chef taught us that ice-cream not just for dessert. They came up with cool but yet simple recipes for us to try. But among all the recipes that they came up with, I really love the "Chunky Granolicious" and it meant for breakfast. Instead of eating plain cereal or granola in the morning, spice the ohh soo boring cereal/garnola with some chunky monkey(a flavour frm Ben&Jerry's™ ice-cream). For more recipes click here!

After the event and the interview Aini had made, headed to orchard back and indeed we feel like a typical tourist who didnt know where to drop off the bus. We were sooo...............confused as we never been there for months. Haha!!!!
